尊敬的各代理，您好！ 接DHL通知，自2011年10月25日至12月31日期间，寄运往意大利的参展货物，须遵从当地以下要求并附有如下齐全的清关文件，否则快件将可能产生清关延误： 1. 如果参展件物品价值高于150意大利里拉或属于商业性质的货物，收件人公司必须具有在海关登记的EORI 号码（EORI 号码-- Economic Operators Registration and Identification ），如果收件公司没有此EORI号码，货件只能交由收件人指定的第三方清关公司清关，或者货件将被自动退回，退运费由寄件人承担； 2. 关税必须由发件人支付，且在发货时在运单上做相应注明； 3. 参展件发票必须具备以下列明的详细信息： 收件人公司名，联系人名，手机联系号码，参展或酒店地址，货品的详细描述，申报价值及其币种，如货物是皮革制品需附“Washington declaration”申报表（请参考以下）。 请各代理公司知悉并转告寄件人，因此而造成的不便，敬请谅解。 WASHINGTON DECLARATION To whom it may concern.
